Teen Leadership Summit

This year, the Jack and Jill Nassau County Chapter will host its 11th Annual Jack and Jill Teen Leadership Summit.  This signature event, including our Jack and Jill Teens and over 200 high school students across Long Island, consists of a day long symposium on scholastic and leadership opportunities. Students participate in workshops covering a range of topics including, Preparing for College, Time Management, Money Management, Careers in [STE(A)M], Body Image, Interviewing Skills, and Thinking of the HBCU’s and many other topics.

The workshops are facilitated by chapter mothers, fathers, and community volunteers.  In addition, students have the opportunity to participate in networking sessions with Executives, County Legislators, and other professionals. Select Nassau County Jacks and Jills are also offered the opportunity to showcase their leadership qualities via a public address to their peers.

Registration opens in October.
